Booking a specific time and date for a children's party is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 100 BGN, which can be done either in person or by bank transfer.

If a reservation is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.

By mutual agreement and subject to availability on our part, the date and time of the party can be changed.

Requests and changes to the order can be made no later than 3 days before the date of your party.

Extending the party is only possible if there is no subsequent reservation. (30 min. - 80 BGN, 60 min. - 130 BGN)

Free import /no service charge/ of cake is allowed, subject to mandatory presentation of a certificate of conformity from the manufacturer. Homemade cakes are not allowed!

No food or drinks allowed

We ask that you respect your booked time and respect the arrival time, this should not be earlier than 15 minutes before the start.

If desired, the client can provide an outside service (decoration, photographer, etc.), which should be notified to us in advance. Entrance fee - 20BGN

Remember that we will also pay attention to your ideas, suggestions and wishes, and we will do our best to fulfill them.

ZZ Land Play Cafe' staff are the ones who supervise the children, keep order in our halls, help with food and drinks, and also meet and send the children off. Our entertainers lead the parties with lots of enthusiasm, cheer and always from the heart. They organise games, activities and a festive cake presentation, but they are not Professional Entertainers/Actors.
